Sales Representative – Roofing Company – Atlanta, GA

We are building a team of passionate, hard-working, and driven people. No industry experience needed. Receive superb training and, earn potentially $100K+ per year (average first year – $65K+/-). $200 SIGN-ON BONUS – PLUS $800 PAID TRAINING (7 days total.)

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and great energy
• Highly driven and motivated
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check

Knowledge and Skills:

• Versatile and able to get along with all types of people
• Able to ask good questions and provide solutions based on what you learn
• Technologically savvy – strong computer skills
• Past experience using a CRM (preferred)
• Some exterior construction knowledge, a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform 4hrs of canvassing per day (5 days a week).
• Provide quote/solution at first appointment
• Use CRM (Online Software) to manage your leads, quotes and sales
• Upload pictures and videos of homes and projects to Cloud System
• Follow-up on sales appointments with a system that supports at least 7 touch points
• Provide Roof Inspection via drones (training will be provided)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Income $65K-$100K+
• UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
• 7 days paid training
• 401K program – 4% match
• Vehicle Allowance (qualify after 90 days)

There will be opportunities to not only sell roofing – but also siding, painting, windows and gutters. There will also be opportunities to have your own sales team.
