II – Monthly Strategic Action Review (S.A.R) meetings to maintain ongoing timely communication, identify issues, review current progress in the month, discuss additional findings, and reinforce the action plan as outline

III – Milestone Checkpoints to touch bases during the month and maintain an open line of communication.
